Elbee 20th Anniversary Promo Campaign

Effective date: November 11, 2025

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Elbee 20th Anniversary Promo Campaign (“Campaign”). By participating, each entrant (“Participant”) confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Campaign Duration
The Campaign runs for one (1) year, starting from November, 2025 to December 2026, and includes periodic mini-promotions, games, activities, or challenges (“Monthly Activations”).

3. Eligibility
To be eligible to participate, a person must:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

• Be a resident of Ghana or legally permitted to travel internationally (for grand prize consideration).

• Provide accurate and complete participation details when required.

Employees of Elbee, its subsidiaries, partners, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

4. Entry Requirements
Participation may involve:

• Purchasing selected Elbee products (if required for specific Monthly Activations).

• Completing a task or activity such as uploading a video, photo, audio, or participating in a game.

• Adhering to all rules set for specific Monthly Activations, as published on official channels.

Elbee reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or suspicious submissions.

5. Grand Prize – Sponsored Trip to Dubai
The grand prize consists of:

• A sponsored return flight to Dubai

• Accommodation for the duration determined by Elbee

• Itinerary or activities as communicated by Elbee

The winner MUST have a valid passport at the time the prize is awarded.
If the winner fails to provide a valid passport by the set deadline, Elbee reserves the right to select an alternate winner without liability or compensation.

The grand prize:

• Cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.

• Is subject to visa approval by the relevant authorities.

Elbee is not responsible for:

• Visa denial

• Travel restrictions

• Health or vaccination requirements

• Expenses not expressly stated as part of the prize (e.g., personal shopping, incidental costs)

6. Monthly Activations / Giveaways / Coupons
Each Monthly Activation will have its own mechanics, timelines, and prize structure, communicated on Elbee’s official channels.

Elbee reserves the right to modify or cancel any activation if circumstances require.

7. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership
By participating in the Campaign, Participants freely and irrevocably grant Elbee:

• Full rights and unlimited license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, broadcast, display, distribute, or modify any content submitted (video, photo, audio, captions, or other materials).

• Rights apply in perpetuity, worldwide, and without compensation.

Elbee may use the content for:

• Advertising

• Marketing

• Digital campaigns

• Internal archival

• Social media publications

Participants waive any claims relating to:

• Ownership

• Compensation

• Approval of final edited material

Participants agree that submitted content does not infringe on any third-party rights. Any legal dispute from content submitted will be solely the Participant’s responsibility.

8. Data & Privacy
Personal information collected will be used only for:

• Administering the Campaign

• Contacting winners

• Promotional usage (if consented or as per clause 7)

Elbee will not sell or disclose personal data to third parties except as required to fulfill these Terms.

9. Winner Selection & Notification

• Winners will be selected based on the criteria of each activation or random draws where applicable.

• Elbee will attempt to contact winners through the contact information provided.

• If a winner cannot be reached within 3 days, Elbee may select an alternate winner.

10. Liability & Indemnity
By participating, Participants agree that:

• Participation is voluntary and at their own risk.

• Elbee is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expense arising from participation, acceptance, or use of any prize.

• Elbee is not responsible for technical failures including network issues, power outages, data loss, or system errors.

Participants agree to indemnify and hold Elbee harmless against any claim arising from:

• Content submitted by Participants

• Misuse or misrepresentation by Participants

11. Right to Modify or Terminate Campaign
Elbee reserves the right to:

• Amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice

• Disqualify any Participant who tampers with or attempts to undermine the process, fairness, or integrity of the Campaign

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ghana.
